This FTP client was built with version 5 browsers in mind, which mainly include Internet Explorer 5+, Netscape 6.2+, Mozilla 1.3+, Opera 5+, and Safari.
If your browser doesn't fit in this category, or if you are uncertain, please use the links on the left to upgrade to the latest version of your browser of choice.
If you don't know how to see the size of your file, please see the instructions on the right.
You should compress your files for faster transfers (see how - note that Mac users should always compress their files, to avoid data corruption problems).
Considering that connection failures do occur, it would be wise -when possible- to split large files into smaller files when uploading.
If your file or archive of files is too large to be feasibly uploaded, please contact your Customer Service Representative to come up with an alternate way to send us your files.
Sometimes, you may get an error message from the server (typically, script timeout errors). If this is the case, please try your upload once more.
If unsuccessful, check the points mentioned above, and feel free to contact us.
To find out the size of your file, right click (Windows) or control click (Mac), and choose the Properties menu item (Windows), or Get Info menu item (Mac).
