Two Celebrate Thirty Years of Service with Newman Printing Company

At its monthly employee meeting last Wednesday, Newman Printing Company recognized the thirtieth anniversary of employment for two of its key people. Richard Hammond and Johnnie Cooks were presented commemorative plaques by company president, Louis M. Newman, III.

In his remarks, Louis Newman stated that such loyal and lengthy service by such quality workers was a tremendous compliment to any organization and one that Newman Printing Company values highly. Richard Hammond is the Pressroom Foreman and Johnnie Cooks is a Pre-Press Technician.

Richard Hammond started working for Newman Printing Company while still attending Stephen F. Austin High School. Johnnie Cooks joined the company shortly after returning from duty in Vietnam with the U. S. Army. Both reside with their families in Bryan.
