Each year Newman Printing Company competes for graphic excellence awards sponsored by the Printing Industries of the Gulf Coast, the regional level, and the Printing Industries of America, the national level. Both levels of competition judge samples of printed pieces submitted by literally hundreds of printers, NPC's size and much larger, from all parts of the country.

Newman Printing Company is consistently recognized in these the most prestigious competitions of the graphic arts industry for the quality of our workmanship.

“ Over 1200 entries were submitted from approximately 100 printing firms located primarily in Dallas and Houston,” said Joe Polanco, executive director of the Printing Industries of America. “ The quality printing I've seen from Newman definitely competes with the major printers in the state. ”

Newman's printing quality of the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University calendar was recognized with the prestigious Best of Category award. Letterhead for Frontier Camp (Houston County, Texas) received an Award of Excellence. A folder for the O'Donnell Performing Arts Center (Brenham, Texas) was named Best of Bryan-College Station.
